This might come to you, gentle reader, as a surprise, but this particular model is a device whose rather spiffing design allows u...sers of toothbrushes to store their implements in a manner that is simultaneously functional and aesthetically pleasing to the discerning eye.
This particular example was printed in ABS.
The tooth itself was designed by that rather splendid fellow, rocketboy, whose original can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:293654, I simply drilled four holes in it and flattened the back to allow gluing it to a mirror or tile.
